Terms and Conditions of Online Reservations

We recommend reading our Terms and Conditions of online reservations, as well as the General Rental Conditions, as you will be asked to confirm that you have read and understood them before your reservation can be confirmed.

This contract allows you to use this website, please read it carefully. By using, viewing, transmitting, storing or otherwise using this website, the services or functions offered on it and/or its content, you agree to each of the terms and conditions stated below.

In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction determines that any clause of these terms is invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses, which shall remain valid.

The information you provide about yourself will only be used by AllSector business S.L. in accordance with each individual’s Privacy Policy. By age and responsibility, you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity and right to enter into this Agreement and use the website in accordance with the terms and conditions specified herein.
It is important to carefully review the details of the reservation upon receipt. If you wish to cancel or change the reservation later, there will be no cost if this is done at least 48 hours before. Reservations cannot be modified within 48 hours prior to the transfer, only exceptions will be made if there is a change in flight details. If you want to modify or cancel your reservation, it is essential that we receive confirmation by email or mail from the person who made the reservation. We will only accept confirmation from the person who made the original reservation.

The full payment of the service price is made at the time of booking via credit/debit card or directly to the driver upon arrival (in cash or with a credit card). Our prices are shown in Euros, VAT according to the current rate is included (currently 10%).
You must inform us of any special requests at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate all such requests; however, we cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled and we will have no liability to you if they are not. You will be informed in case they cannot be accommodated.

In the event of force majeure causing us to cancel or change any service due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, AllSector business S.L. will not be liable for any compensation. Such circumstances include, without limitation, accidents and related delays; unplanned protests; organized demonstrations and riots; police operations; unforeseen road hazards; terrorist activity and its consequences, or the threat of such activity; revolt; the act of any government or any other national or local authority; industrial litigation; natural or nuclear disaster; fire and adverse weather conditions or similar events beyond our control.

If customers have to wait for more than 3 hours at the airport due to flight delays, an additional service will be charged on top of the service provided upon customer’s arrival.
Upon arrival of a flight, the customer will be waited for a maximum of 1 hour unless they contact the driver or AllSector business S.L. to inform of their delay.
The amount billed for unforeseen circumstances at the airport will be the minimum service stipulated for the requested vehicle.

To calculate the hours and kilometers of availability services, the following will be taken into account: the hours and kilometers will start counting from the agreed time and place with the agency and/or the customer, and will end at the place where the service concludes and the customer leaves the vehicle.

Language services do not imply an increase in the service rate (but are subject to availability of a driver with the required language).
According to RD 1428/2003 of November 21 of the General Traffic Regulations, it is prohibited to travel with minors without using an approved and adapted safety system according to their height and weight, therefore, customers who do not bring their approved baby seat or do not request it in advance by the agency (indicating the weight or approximate age of the child), will not be able to receive the service, without prejudice to billing it in full.

Likewise, whenever a minor travels in any of our vehicles, it will count as one seat, just like the rest of the passengers, and must not exceed the maximum number of seats allowed for each vehicle category (4 in the case of a standard car and 7 in the case of a minibus).

LUGGAGE: As a passenger, you can carry a standard checked baggage weighing up to 32 kg (70.5 lbs), max. 158 cm (62 inches) length+width+height, and 1 carry-on bag measuring a maximum of 55 x 25 x 35 cm (LxWxH) and weighing up to 18 kg (40 lbs) per person. The sum of the dimensions of your carry-on luggage must not exceed 115 cm (45 inches), including the wheels. Luxurytravel Costa del Sol SLU advises to pay attention to the fact that the trunks of sedan cars can only contain up to 2 pieces of checked luggage. If traveling with two or more companions, or if you wish to bring luggage that exceeds the free allowance, Luxurytravel Costa Del Sol recommends booking another car category.

To avoid possible problems in carrying out the services, we recommend that customers with a lot of luggage (suitcases, golf clubs, or excess normal luggage) should use a minibus, as needed, since the rest of the cars have a normal trunk. If a problem occurs, it will be the customer’s responsibility to pay for an additional car, unless accepted by the agency.

When forwarding services already received by AllSector business S.L. and this fact is not clearly specified in the fax or email request, the agency/client will be responsible for any duplications resulting from such forwarding, and each duplication will be invoiced.

All vehicles owned by AllSector business S.L. have a complaints book available to any customer who requests it, a document that will be essential for processing any complaints.

AllSector business S.L. implements and completes its fleet with GPS tracking devices, and will send a report to any agency/customer that requests it, which will accurately detail location, route, vehicle speed, or waiting time. This information may be requested by the Agency/Customer up to 30 days after the service has been provided and will be essential for processing any claims.

The deadline for making claims for transfers requested from AllSector business S.L. will be 30 days from the date of the service. In the event that the client chooses to use another means of transportation, this will not prevent the service from being invoiced in full.

We may modify these terms and conditions as we deem appropriate and publish the new version on our website; once this is done, all use of our website will be governed by that version. You should regularly review the terms and conditions published on the website. The terms governing the acquisition of any service will be the terms in force at the time you make your request.
For any doubts that may arise regarding the application or compliance with this contract, the parties expressly submit to the Courts of Malaga, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you about the inclusion of your personal data in the files for which AllSector business S.L. is responsible, authorizing the processing of the data to which it has access as a result of the requested service. The customer has the right to object to the processing of any data that is not essential for the provision of the service and its use for any purpose other than maintaining the SUPPLIER/CLIENT relationship. CANCELLATION POLICY

Reserved and confirmed services that need to be canceled will have a penalty of 25% of the service amount if the cancellation is made 24 hours before the start time of the service; if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, the penalty will be
